I am 41 years old, at 36 years I went through 5 hours of arrythmias, I was in the heart transplant unit for 5 days then transfered out to critical care. I was implanted with a defibrilator to slow my heart down. At the time I had a factory job, one 18 months latter I was without my $30 an hour job because I was unable to keep up and the company doctor said I should be able to. Can't find suitable work, unemployed, then after christmas I find out there is a serious problem with the kind of lead I have, as it turns out it may have caused my first defibrilator to short curuit, I still have this lead in me, everything I read makes me scared, my Doctors say there is nothing wrong even though they can't explain my first defibrilator failure. I am running out of money so fast, my wife wanted to start a mobile food truck, we priced it out as well as we could, then when we go to do it the prices increase so much and we are commited after buying that old purolator van. I can't find a job because of my heart condition, I have to tell each potential employer about it because of my implant. My unemployment runs out in a few months.
